D. Which senangPay packages are able to apply for this feature?
SPayLater is only available for Advance and Enterprise packages.
E. What is the transaction charge for SPayLater?
The merchant discount rate (MDR) for SPayLater payment plans up to 12 months is 2%.
F. Is there any integration needed?
No.
G. Is SPayLater available by default?
Yes. However, please note that the availability of this payment option is subject to approval from the provider. You can expect to receive feedback within 14 working days.
H. What is the minimum transaction amount?
The minimum transaction amount for SPayLater is RM10.
I. How do I enable SPayLater in my payment form ?
1. Login to your senangPay Dashboard.
2. Go to Menu > Settings > Profile
3. Refer to “Payment Option Availability".
4. Drag the SPayLater option accordingly.
5. Scroll down the page and click “Save”.
6. Now, you need to double check the result of the changes. Go to any of your payment forms and you should see the options of the payments based on your setting. Below is a screenshot for the selected payment options for SPayLater.
For customers intending to pay with SPayLater, click on the ShopeePay button under "e-wallet Payment".
7. Your customer will be directly to this pop up page to proceed with the instalment payment. They will see instructions to scan the QR code using the Shopee app on their mobile device.
8. In mobile view, your customer will be directed to their Shopee app to proceed with payment.

To enhance user clarity, SPayLater is now grouped and displayed under the Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) tab—only for eligible merchants and supported payment forms.

📌This change affects only the BNPL section. SPayLater will still appear under ShopeePay if approved by Shopee.
L. How to custom checkout with SPayLater?
- Step 1: Customer visits the payment page of an eligible merchant.
- Step 2: Customer clicks on the BNPL tab.
- Step 3: SPayLater will only appear if the merchant is using a Product Form.
Merchants using Universal PF, Recurring PF or Invoice Payment Link will not see SPayLater—even if they’re on an Advance or Special Package—because these form types do not support BNPL at all. - Step 4: Customer selects SPayLater and proceeds with payment.
M. Can I control SPayLater visibility under the BNPL tab?
Yes! You now have the flexibility to enable or disable SPayLater from appearing under the BNPL tab—without needing to activate ShopeePay or affecting its availability at ShopeePay checkout.

- Log in to senangPay Dashboard
2. Go to Settings > Profile > Payment Options.
3. Find: SPayLater under BNPL Tab.
4. Use the toggle to:
✅ Enable - SPayLater will be shown under BNPL.
❌ DIsable - SPayLater will be hidden from BNPL tab.
✅ Toggle applies in real-time and affects all supported forms instantly.
5. In the 'Payment Option Availability' section, simply drag and drop the payment methods you wish to enable or disable on your checkout page, as steps shown in section I above.
N. Common Questions
Q1: Will SPayLater still appear in customers' ShopeePay app if I disable it under BNPL?
Disabling SPayLater under the BNPL tab means it will no longer appear on your store's checkout page. However, if a customer selects ShopeePay (e-wallet) at checkout, they will be redirected to their ShopeePay app — and SPayLater may still appear as a payment option within the app (depending on their eligibility), regardless of your store settings.
When a customer chooses ShopeePay, they may pay using:
- Shopee Wallet (if sufficient balance is available), or
- SPayLater (if they are eligible)
This behavior is fully controlled by Shopee, and merchants cannot customise or remove SPayLater from the customer’s ShopeePay app.
Q2: Who has access to the toggle?
All merchants offering SPayLater have access to the feature.
Q3: Why don't I see SPayLater under BNPL?
It could be because:
- Your merchant package is not Advance or Special (Enterprise Custom).
- You're using an unsupported form (like Universal Payment Form or Invoice Link, as stated in the table above at section K).
- You've disabled the option via the dashboard toggle.
