Settlement schedule of senangPay

Learn how and when your funds will be settled based on the payment method used.

A. Next-Day Settlement (FPX Only)

For payments made via FPX online transfer, settlement will be credited to your bank account on the next working day.

“Working day” refers to Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If the payment is made on a working day, it will be received on the next working day.

Otherwise, if the payment is made on a weekend or public holiday, settlement will take place on the next working day.

B. T+2 Settlements (Other Payment Methods)

For other payment methods, settlement is processed on a T+2 basis, meaning every two working days. “Working day” follows the same definition as above.

Settlement follows a T+2 working-day cycle, meaning:

  • Payment made on Monday → Settlement received on Wednesday (T+2)

  • Payment made on Friday → Settlement received on Tuesday (T+2)
    (If a payment is made before or during a weekend or public holiday, the settlement will be credited within the next two working days.)

Note: This T+2 settlement arrangement will take effect from 16 December 2025 onwards. Before this date, settlements will continue to be processed every Wednesday and Friday, under the following conditions:

  • Payments made on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday → Settlement received the following Wednesday.

  • Payments made on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday → Settlement received the following Friday.
