      Settlement: Proof of payment

      A. Proof of settlement from Dashboard

      senangPay will upload the proof of settlement receipt to your dashboard every time payment is made by senangPay to the merchant.

      1. Login to your dashboard.

      2. Go to Menu > Payment > List (Settlement)

      3. You will see a list of payments received in your account.

      4. Under "Transaction List", you will see a list of transactions that are related to the settlement from senangPay. 

      5. Click ‘View‘ on the statement to see the proof of settlement.

      B. Proof of settlement from Bank Islam e-Banker

      Once the settlement has been made by senangPay, you will receive a notification from Bank Islam informing you that the settlement has been credited to your account. Please refer to the screenshot below for an example of the notification.
