Get a sandbox account to test the senangPay platform before subscribing.
A. What is a Sandbox?
A sandbox is a test environment that allows you to experience our platform’s features and functionality without needing an active subscription. It’s ideal for exploring how senangPay can work for your business.
No document validation is needed to utilise the sandbox account. You may ignore the "Incomplete Document Validation" message.
B. How Can I Get a Sandbox Account?
- Register for a sandbox account at https://register-sandbox.senangpay.my.
- On the payment page, select FPX and choose Maybank in the Payment Detail section.
- Click on Confirm Payment. Your account will be automatically activated, and you can log in with your registered username and password at https://sandbox.senangpay.my.
C. Test Card
Use the following test credit card to make payments in our sandbox environment. Note that other credit cards will not work and will result in a failed transaction.
- Card Number: 5111 1111 1111 1118
- Expiry Month: May
- Expiry Year: 2025
- CVV: 100
D. FPX Payment
- Kindly request to enable the FPX payment method at help@senangpay.my.
- To make a successful payment, select Maybank. Choosing other banks will result in a failed FPX transaction.
Please note:
E-wallets and BNPL payments are not applicable in a sandbox account.
