      Generate reports

      Learn how you can access your activity details from your merchant dashboard.

      Reports allow you to generate and download your activity details from senangPay. This can be accessed through Report > Transaction.

      A. Transaction

      1. Transaction is a sales record between you and your buyers. This page allows you to generate a transaction report. Select your filter preferences and then click the “Generate Report” button.

      Please note:

      • You can select to generate reports on "Universal Products", "Unique Products" or "All Products".
      • You can select to generate reports based on the transaction status for: "Paid", "Failed", "Pending Payment", or "All status".
      •  You can generate reports from a set time range.
      • The report can be opened with Microsoft Excel.
