Many merchants serve only individuals or only businesses. By displaying only the relevant FPX option, you reduce customer confusion and make the payment process more straightforward. This also:

C. Who can use this feature?

D. How do I control which FPX options appear?

Log in to your senangPay Dashboard.

Yes—if you’ve selected both options in your settings. If you choose only one (e.g., personal accounts only), that will be the only option your customers see.
G. What is the customer experience during checkout?
To prevent mistakes, customers may now only select one FPX account type at a time:

If they select B2C FPX (for Individuals), the business/corporate option will be automatically disabled.

If they choose B2B FPX (for Businesses), the individual/personal option will be disabled.

If no option is selected, an error message will appear prompting them to choose one before proceeding.
H. Is this feature enabled automatically?
- The customer restriction (one option at a time) is automatically enabled across all payment forms.
- Customising which FPX options appear must be done manually by merchants via the Dashboard.
I. If I enable both B2B and B2C FPX options, can my customers choose both at checkout?
No. Even if you choose to enable both FPX types, customers can still only select one option—either B2B or B2C—at checkout. To avoid confusion and reduce payment errors.
J. Will my checkout page layout change?
No. The layout remains unchanged—only the available FPX options are updated according to your settings. Customers will experience a cleaner and simpler payment selection process.
