      Changing the Merchant Avatar

      The avatar is designed to be a part of merchant’s branding. You can choose either to upload your picture as the avatar, or you can choose to upload your business logo.

      A. Location

      1. The avatar appears in 3 places. First, in your dashboard, below the senangPay logo.

      2. Also in the dashboard, right, on top of the header.

      3.  The avatar appears on your payment form business header.

      B. Changing the Avatar

      1. Go to Menu > Settings > Profile

      2. Under the Personal & Business Particular section, scroll down to the avatar.

      3. Click on the button “Select file” and browse your image.

      4. Next, scroll down and click “Save”

      5. You should see that your avatar is now changed.

      Please note:

      • The image for the avatar must be either in jpeg or png format.
      •  The best size for the image is 300 px x 300 px with 72 dpi.
