How to change your senangPay access e-mail.
A. I want to change my login e-mail. Can I change it?
Yes. You will be charged an amount of RM10.00 for the change request (only for Starter and Advance package subscribers).
For Enterprise package merchants or those with high sales transactions (at least RM400K with Starter or Advance package) no charges will be implemented.
B. How do I request the change in e-mail?
1. Send a ticket to help@senangpay.my
2. Let us know what your current e-mail is and the new e-mail that you wish to change to.
3. Upon confirmation, we will add the charges (if applicable) in the system.
4. You will see the charge in your dashboard (Charges > List) under “Charge for updating login id”.
5. Proceed to make the payment and notify us once it has been approved.
6. We will then change the e-mail accordingly and notify you through the same ticket once the e-mail is changed.
