Account Expiry for Merchant Subscription
Monitor your account validation and subscription expiry.
To view the expiration date of your account subscription, simply log in to your senangPay Dashboard.
1. Go to Menu > Settings > Subscription.2. Your subscription details will be displayed.
3. To find your expiry date, refer to the “Valid Until” section.
4. If your account is active, a green “Active” button will appear.
5. If your account is inactive (e.g., due to fraud), you will be unable to log in.
6. If your account is suspended, a yellow “Suspended” button will appear.
Please note:
- senangPay will email you a notification note to make payment on your expired date of subscription.
- senangPay will only suspend your account if there is no payment made 7 days after the expiry date.
