Monitor your account validity and subscription expiry, along with how to make payments to continue your subscription.
To view the expiration date of your account subscription, simply log in to your senangPay dashboard.
1. Go to Menu > Settings > Subscription.2. Your subscription details will be displayed.
3. To find your expiry date, refer to the “Valid Until” section.
4. If your account is active, a green “Active” button will appear.
5. If your account is inactive (e.g., due to fraud), you will be unable to log in.
6. If your account is suspended, a yellow “Suspended” button will appear.
Please note:
- senangPay will e-mail you a notification to make payment on your expiry date of subscription.
- senangPay will only suspend your account if there is no payment made seven (7) days after the expiry date.
How to make payment to continue your subscription
If you fail to make payments for the subscription fees after seven (7) days from the expiry date, your account will be suspended. Please proceed with payment so that you can have full access of the senangPay dashboard.
A. Online payment
1. To make payment, simply go to Menu > Charges > List
2. You will see a list of charges that senangPay has charged to you for our services.
3. If there is 'Pending Payment', click on the 'Pop Up' icon.
4. You will be directed to a payment page. Choose your payment method and proceed with the payment.
B. Offline payment
We are currently not supporting any offline payments.
