How to initiate refunds for e-wallet transactions?

Merchants can make a refund/void for customers who made a transaction through e-wallet payment. But the refund/void must be made on the same day (not within 24 hours) as the transaction from your customer.
A. How to make a refund?
1. Go to Menu > Transaction > List or you can simply search for your buyer’s name.
2. Simply click on the name of your buyer. You will see detailed information on the transaction in the Payment Info section.
3. Scroll down and click the “Void” button for payment made through Boost or click the “Refund” button for payment made through Touch n’ Go then follow the next step and you’re done!
