What to Expect During Your Migration to the New DOKU Platform

Your account is being migrated from the senangPay platform to the new DOKU platform. This guide explains what you can expect during and after the migration process, and whether any action is required from your side.

🔄 During the Migration

✅ No Disruption to Transactions

You may continue accepting payments as usual.
There will be no scheduled downtime, and your transaction activities will not be affected.

✅ Dashboard Access Remains Available

You may continue accessing your senangPay dashboard as usual while the migration is in progress.

⏳ Migration Duration

The migration duration may vary depending on the volume of historical data being transferred.

If you still see the senangPay interface, it simply means your migration is still ongoing.

No action is required from your side.

 


🚀 After the Migration is Completed

🔁 Automatic Redirection

Once migration is completed, you will automatically be redirected to the new DOKU interface when you log in.

🔐 Password Reset Required

For security purposes, you will be required to reset your password upon your first login to the new DOKU platform.

You will receive a separate email from the DOKU platform with password reset instructions.

📩 Login Notification

If you receive a notification prompting you to log in again, please follow the steps provided in the email.
