senangPay Migration to the DOKU Global Platform

We are upgrading the senangPay core infrastructure to a new global payment engine powered by DOKU. This page serves as an information hub to help you understand the changes happening in the background.

1. About This Migration

The migration will take place in phases between 25 February and the end of April 2026. Merchants will be informed of their specific migration date in advance via email.

Your senangPay account will be migrated automatically, with no disruption to your ability to accept payments, all transactions will continue to be processed successfully.

Because the migration is being carried out in phases, we will email you your confirmed migration date ahead of time, along with clear guidance and important information so you know exactly what to expect and when.

 


 

2. Actions Required from Merchants

There will be no disruption to your daily transactions, you can continue accepting payments from your customers as usual throughout the migration period.

That said, you will need to update your login credentials to access the new platform.

Prepare for a login update
Your account and transaction data will be migrated automatically, no action is needed for the transfer. When your migration date is near, simply follow the step-by-step instructions in our email to set up your new login for the new portal.

 


 

3. Key Things to Take Note

  1. Continue running your business as usual

    The migration will not disrupt your daily transaction activities. You can continue accepting payments from your customers throughout the migration period, and your transactions will not be interrupted.

  2. Be aware of temporary dashboard delays

    During the migration period, you may notice:

    a. Historical data taking longer to appear in the new portal

    b. Payment status updates and callbacks reflecting with some delay.

    This is temporary. Payments will still go through successfully, but the updates may just take a few extra hours to show.

  3. Review your historical data needs

    We will migrate up to 1 year of transaction history by default. If you require records older than 1 year, please contact our customer support team and we’ll assist you with the data extraction.

  4. Emails from senangPay and DOKU

    As part of the migration and your registration to the new portal, you may start receiving emails from doku.com in addition to senangpay.my.

    Please note that senangPay and DOKU operate as one unified platform. During this transition period, official communications may be sent from either @senangpay.my or @doku.com email domains.

    We recommend keeping an eye on emails from both domains to ensure you don’t miss any important updates. Rest assured, we are working to streamline communications across both platforms to provide a smooth and consistent experience for our merchants.

 

4. Test The New Environment (Free)

Explore the platform in advance
Click here to access our sandbox (test) environment to get familiar with the new dashboard and features before your migration.

Test your integration safely
Use the sandbox to simulate transactions, test payment flows and ensure your system works smoothly with the new platform, without affecting real payments.

No impact on live transactions
The sandbox is completely separate from your live environment, so any testing will not affect your actual customers or transactions.

5. Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Will there be any cost to me for the migration?

    No. The migration will be carried out at no additional cost to merchants.

  2. Do I need to do anything for the migration?

    No major action is required. Your account and transaction data will be migrated automatically. 

    You will only need to update your login credentials for the new dashboard, and we’ll send you a separate email with step-by-step guidance.

  3. I haven’t received any details about my migration. What should I do?

    Before your migration phase, we will email you your confirmed migration date, login update instructions, and additional guidance and onboarding information to help you prepare.

    If you have not received any emails by the end of April 2026, please contact our customer support team for assistance. In the meantime, do check your inbox and spam/junk folder in case our emails were filtered there.

  4. Can I try the new system before my migration?

    Yes! You can explore the new dashboard in advance through our sandbox (test) environment to get familiar with the platform and features.
