Why can’t I login to my account?

There are a few reasons why you cannot login to your account:

2. You have forgotten your password. Follow these steps to reset your password:

  • Click on ‘Forgot Password’ button

  • Enter your e-mail (Make sure it is the same e-mail you used to create your senangPay account).

  • After you enter your e-mail or username, an e-mail will be sent to your senangPay associated e-mail address. Follow the steps included in the e-mail.

3. You input an incorrect e-mail or you forgot your e-mail.
