Why can’t I login to my account?
Learn why you can't login to your senangPay account.
There are a few reasons why you cannot login to your account:
1. Your account is frozen (inactive), which means you are unable to login to your account. The reasons may include:
- You have breached the terms and conditions with senangPay.
- You are selling items that are considered illegal in Malaysia.
2. You have forgotten your password. Follow these steps to reset your password:
- Click on ‘Forgot Password’ button
- Enter your e-mail (Make sure it is the same e-mail you used to create your senangPay account).
- After you enter your e-mail or username, an e-mail will be sent to your senangPay associated e-mail address. Follow the steps included in the e-mail.
3. You input an incorrect e-mail or you forgot your e-mail.
