2. What is the plan upgrade fee?

RM100 + 6% SST

 

3. How to upgrade?

Step 1: Contact our team

To begin your upgrade, contact us through any of the following channels:

Our team will provide you with a payment link for the upgrade fee.

 

Step 2: Complete the payment

Once you receive the payment link, proceed with the payment and complete the form using the details below:

Phone Number Your registered business contact number

Tip: You can find your Brand ID at the top-left corner of your DOKU Dashboard.


Step 3: Review and approval

Once payment has been received, our team will review your upgrade request.

If additional information or documents are required, we'll contact you directly.

Step 4: Activate your new payment methods

The review and verification process typically takes up to 48 hours after we receive your payment and any required documents.

Once your upgrade has been approved, you'll receive a confirmation from our team.

To activate your new payment methods:

  1. Log in to your DOKU Dashboard.
  2. Go to Settings > Service.
  3. Click Add Service.
  4. Select the payment methods you'd like to activate (for example, Credit Cards or Buy Now, Pay Later).
  5. Click Activate.

Our team will review your activation request. No further action is required after you've submitted it.

Good to know: Your DOKU Dashboard and all existing payment links will continue to work as usual while your upgrade request is being processed.
