Information on what to do if your senangPay account is suspended or terminated.
What happens after suspension?
Suspension takes place after your subscription has expired and you did not make any payment to renew your subscription. You can continue to use our services to accept payments from your customers, but we will not process your settlement.
You learn how to renew your subscription here.
Suspension reminder
1. You will receive an e-mail notification as below, 15 days after the due date of your subscription charge.
2. The e-mail will state the date of which your account will be terminated.
3. You must make the payment before the stipulated date to avoid termination.
4. In your senangPay dashboard, go to Menu > Settings > Subscription and refer to the "Valid Until" section for the date of your termination (for suspended merchants only).
5. For active merchants, the "Valid Until" section refers to the date your subscription expires.
Termination
Your account will be terminated 30 days from the date of suspension reminder sent to your dashboard. Upon termination, you will receive an e-mail notification as below.
What happens after termination
1. You will no longer be able to use senangPay's services and any remaining settlement amount will be forfeited.
2. If you would like to use our services again, you will need to register for a new account.
3. We will process your remaining settlement to your new senangPay account.
4. Please refer here for more information regarding the terms of settlement payment.
