Explore the support and feedback channels available to all senangPay subscribers.

A. Knowledge base

This is our online knowledge repository centre where all documentation, updates and ‘How To’ are compile so that you can search and read on how to use and manage your senangPay. From the Guide, you can :

  • Browse our documentation in the Knowledge Base
  • Search by keywords to help you find answers to your questions
  • Suggest a new Feature you’d like to see on senangPay someday
  • Report a bug or issue, and find user-suggested solutions to commonly reported problems on senangPay
  • Stay updated on known issues, announcements and product releases and give us feedback.

 

B. Support and feedback through your dashboard

Support is a communication channel between you and the senangPay support team. Notify us by sending ticket and our team will contact you (merchant) through your contact e-mail. Our support team will answer all your questions regarding any issues you may face.

 

C. How to create feedback / support

1. Go to Menu > Support > Create New

2. Fill in the related details and click “Create Feedback” button.
