Settlement timelines vary depending on the payment method used by your customers. This guide outlines the expected settlement period for each supported payment method on the senangPay–DOKU platform.
Note: Settlement periods are calculated in working days and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Settlement Processing Time
Daily settlements are processed on working days between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM (GMT+8).
Understanding Settlement Periods
Settlement periods are shown as T+N, where:
- T = The transaction date.
- N = The number of working days required before the funds are settled into your registered bank account.
Examples
- T+1: A successful FPX transaction made on Monday is typically settled on Tuesday.
- T+2: A successful card or e-Wallet transaction made on Monday is typically settled on Wednesday.
Note: If the settlement date falls on a weekend or public holiday, the funds will be processed on the next working day.
Things to Note
- Settlement timelines may vary if there are bank processing delays or public holidays.
- The settlement period begins only after the transaction has been successfully completed.
- Funds will be credited to your registered settlement bank account according to the applicable settlement schedule.
