      Getting started: SHOPLINE

      How to integrate senangPay with your SHOPLINE.

      Please note that the SHOPLINE plugin is currently in its pilot testing phase. If you would like to enable this plugin, please contact the SHOPLINE team for assistance.

      Important:

      • Please note that there is a separate fee required for using SHOPLINE's services. For the full pricing list, please click here.
      • For existing senangPay merchants interested in enabling the SHOPLINE plugin, please contact our support team who will process your request and pass your info to SHOPLINE for their onboarding process.
      • For non-senangPay merchants who are interested in enabling the SHOPLINE plugin for senangPay, you would have to register as a senangPay merchant first and complete the onboarding process before our team passes your info to SHOPLINE for their onboarding process.

      A. SHOPLINE Payment Integration Guide

      1. Configure return and callback URLs

      • Ensure that the Return URL and Callback URL are correctly set to prevent any issues. Incorrect configurations may result in the payment being processed while the order remain unprocessed on SHOPLINE's side. 
      • In your senangPay merchant dashboard, set the Hash Type Preference to SHA256 (Recommended). MD5 will return as invalid credentials.

      2. Log in to your SHOPLINE store

      3. Select your store

      • Once logged in, choose the store you want to configure. You will be redirected to the store's admin panel

      4. Access Payment Settings

      • Navigate to Settings > Payment to manage your payment gateway configurations.

      5. Select senangPay as a payment method.

      • Scroll down and choose "Other Payment Methods"
      • In the search bar, type "senangPay" and select it from the results.
      • Tick the agreement checkbox to accept the terms.
      • Click the "Authorize & Install" button to proceed.

      6. Enter merchant credentials

      • Once installed, you will be prompted to enter your Merchant ID and Secret Key. Ensure that the credentials are entered correctly to avoid integration issues

      7. Customise Checkout Appearance

      • You can select which payment logos will appear on the checkout page. At least one option must be selected. Once configured, click add and senangPay will be ready for use.

      Note: Please select payment options available to your senangPay package only.
