Customer's FPX payment failed but bank account deducted
Please note that this is an issue between FPX and the bank.
There are a few issues that might happen sometimes when your customer’s FPX payment fails but their bank account has been deducted with the amount.
If this happens :
- Kindly notify us as soon as possible with the details so that we are aware of the issue.
- Please advise your customers to contact their processing bank. Click here to view the list of the bank contact details
- If the case is still not settled, please advise your customer to contact FPX at helpdesk@myclear.org.my
