      Changing bank account details

      How to change your bank account details.

      1. Bank account details can be changed and you will be charge at RM10, for Starter and Advance package subscribers.

      2.For merchants that register with the Enterprise package or have high sales transaction (at least RM400K with Starter or Advance package), no charges will be implemented. 

      3. If you wish to change your bank account information, you may e-mail us at help@senangpay.my or call our support team at 03-2771 2707.

      4. Once confirmation has been made with our customer support, send your new bank statement.
