## Looking for templates to help you complete your document submission? You’re in the right place.

As part of the requirements to apply for the senangPay payment gateway, merchants subscribed to our *Advance* package (and above) are required to have their website or sales platform include the following policies.

These disclosures help protect merchants and educate their customers by ensuring transparency during transactions. They clearly inform customers of their rights regarding refunds, cancellations, and exchanges.

⚠️***Important:** It is essential that these policies are **published and publicly accessible** on your website or sales platform. Submissions without visible policy links may result in delays or rejection of your application.*
