Shipping Fee Configuration for Digital Catalog

Learn how to configure delivery fees in the new Digital Catalog based on cart quantity and delivery destinations.

In our new Digital Catalog, shipping fee settings will now be managed differently to provide a smoother and more flexible checkout experience for your customers.

Delivery Fee Configuration: senangPay vs DOKU

Previously in senangPay Product Collection Form (legacy): With the new DOKU Digital Catalog (new):
  • Product Collections supported custom shipping fees based on quantity and region.
  • Individual Products only supported a single fixed shipping fee.



  • Products and Product Collections are now consolidated into one unified catalog system.
  • Shipping fees will be managed at the checkout level instead of individually by product or collection.
  • Merchants can configure delivery fees based on cart quantity and delivery destination directly from the dashboard.

How To Configure Delivery Fee 

Go to Digital Catalog Settings > Delivery Rules
Ensure Delivery Pricing Rules is activated to enable delivery fee settings based on the predefined delivery locations.

 

You can now configure delivery fees and minimum cart quantity based on your business preferences. Simply update the values directly in the table on your dashboard to customise your delivery pricing rules, then click Save once completed.

What Should Merchants Do?

The Digital Catalog uses a different delivery fee configuration compared to the legacy senangPay Product Collection Form.

While the migration process is designed to minimise disruption to your business, we strongly encourage merchants to review and adjust the delivery fee settings based on their actual business requirements after migration.

Please note that some merchants may notice differences in the migrated shipping fees due to the updated configuration structure in the new Digital Catalog. During migration, the highest existing shipping fee configured in senangPay, will be migrated as the default shipping fee in the Digital Catalog.

If you are currently using delivery charges in senangPay, we encourage you to:

  1. Review your migrated shipping fee settings in the DOKU dashboard.
  2. Update your preferred delivery pricing configuration if needed.
  3. Test your checkout flow to ensure the delivery charges match your business requirements.
