# How to Renew Your senangPay-DOKU Subscription

## Learn how the senangPay-DOKU subscription renewal process works, including renewal reminders, payment options, and what happens if your subscription expires.

#### How Subscription Renewal Works

To ensure your senangPay-DOKU account remains active, you’ll receive renewal reminders **30 days and 15 days before your subscription expiry date,** sent via DOKU email. Each reminder will include a **payment link** for you to complete your renewal.

#### Before Your Subscription Expires

We recommend **completing your renewal using the payment link provided** in the reminder email before your subscription expires. This helps ensure a smooth renewal and avoids any disruption to your account.

#### What Happens If I Don’t Renew Before the Expiry Date?

If payment is not completed before your subscription expires, your account will enter a **30-day grace period**.

During the grace period:

- The renewal payment link will **no longer** be available.
- The applicable subscription fee will be deducted from your **settlement balance**.
- If your settlement balance is sufficient, your subscription will be **renewed once the deduction is successfully completed**.
- If your settlement balance is insufficient and the renewal remains unpaid by the end of the 30-day grace period, your senangPay-DOKU account will be **terminated**.

#### What Do I Need to Do?

If your subscription is not due for renewal yet, **no action is required**. We’ll send you a reminder when your renewal date is approaching.

For a smoother renewal process, we recommend making payment through the provided payment link **before your subscription expires.**
