Step-by-step guide to void or refund e-Wallet transactions on the same day of purchase.
e-Wallet Transaction Refund
As a merchant, you can process a refund or void for customers who made a payment via e-Wallet.
⚠️ Important: The refund/void must be performed on the same day as the customer’s transaction (not within 24 hours, but before the day ends).
A. How to make a refund ?
1. Navigate to Menu > Transaction > List or simply search using your buyer’s name.
2. Click on your buyer’s name. You’ll see the full transaction details under the Payment Info section.
3. Process the refund/void
You will see either a Refund or Void button depending on the payment method.
For example:

Touch ‘n Go → Click Void

ShopeePay → Click Refund
Once you select the respective option, follow the on-screen steps to proceed.
If the request is successful, the transaction details will update with a status such as:
Successful Transaction (Void/Refund). And that’s it—you’re done!
