Fully PCI-DSS compliant and regulated by Bank Indonesia, it operates on a robust global infrastructure designed to deliver enhanced stability, security and scalability. Today, DOKU supports over 150,000 merchants regionally, including well-known brands such as Trip.com, Uniqlo, Lalamove, Klook, AliExpress, Allianz, Spotify, Google, Prudential, Garuda, Traveloka, and more. With this upgrade, senangPay merchants will now operate on the new **Global DOKU Platform**, designed to enhance system performance, operational flexibility, and long-term scalability. #### DOKU Sandbox Access The sandbox environment is now available for pre-migration testing. Upgraded No-Integration Features Our no-integration payment tools have been enhanced to provide a simpler and more flexible experience, allowing you to create payment links, manage recurring payments, and organise product listings more efficiently without technical setup. **Key upgrades include:** - **senangPay Product Payment Form → Digital Catalog** A more seamless interface for online selling without integration, offering improved product display and management features. Enhanced API Framework The new platform introduces a more structured and scalable API framework designed to support future enhancements and provide greater integration flexibility. Both Manual API and Direct API will be upgraded to streamline the checkout flow and improve payment processing performance. These enhancements are built to deliver a more seamless and reliable integration experience for your app, website or online store. #### 3. Customised Checkout The new platform allows you to customise your checkout page to better reflect your brand identity. You can adjust selected visual elements to ensure a more consistent and professional payment experience for your customers. Continued Plugin Support Plugin support will remain available on the new DOKU platform and will be rolled out in phases. **For Existing Merchants:** - Merchants who have already installed other supported plugins may continue using them without disruption. **For New Merchants:** - The following plugins are supported in the initial phase. While minor enhancements are still underway, they are available for new sign up merchant. Additional plugin support will be rolled out progressively and communicated in due course. - Shopify - WooCommerce **Note:** Additional plugins, such as EasyStore, SiteGiant, Magento, Shopline, and OpenCart, will be introduced progressively in later phases.  #### 5. Other New Features Introduced The new platform also introduces several additional features to enhance security, billing efficiency and reporting capabilities: - **2-Step Verification** An added layer of account security requiring additional authentication during login or sensitive actions, helping to protect your account from unauthorised access. - **Flexibill (Batch Upload Billing) - *Coming soon*** A bulk billing feature that allows you to upload and process multiple billing requests at once, improving operational efficiency for businesses managing large volumes of transactions. - **SFTP Report Download** Secure automated access to transaction and settlement reports via SFTP, suitable for merchants integrating with accounting systems or ERP platforms for reconciliation purposes. --- #### Features Available at a Later Stage While the new platform introduces significant enhancements across many payment features, a few payment methods will require additional time to be made available. The following payment methods will be introduced progressively: - **OnPay Plugins** - **Atome** - **Boost** - **ShopBack Pay** - **Expanded Refund Capability** The new platform provides enhanced refund functionality to improve operational flexibility and post-transaction management. - Previously: Refunds were limited to Credit & Debit Card transactions only. - With this new feature: Refunds are supported across all available payment methods. This enhancement allows you to manage customer refunds more efficiently and consistently, regardless of the payment method used. These options are currently undergoing the required processes and will be rolled out in stages.
